Confidential Secretary

Job Title: Confidential Secretary
Reports to: General Manager
Department: General Manager’s Secretariat

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive support services to the division.
Prepare and process a variety of documents and materials – including, but not limited to, agendas, correspondence, meeting minutes, bulletins, reports, requisitions, travel reimbursements, etc. – in compliance with established guidelines and/or regulatory requirements.
Manage the superior’s diary, composing, replies to invitations, simple enquiries and correspondence on own initiative.
Excellent ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including technical writing skills.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

A recognized university Diploma in any field or equivalent professional Certification; PLUS three (3) years work experience in a similar field will be of distinct advantage.

OR

A recognized university Degree in any field or equivalent professional Certification; PLUS one (1) years work experience in a similar field will be of distinct advantage.
