• Overseeing the technology infrastructure of the Government.
• Managing the IT department and ensuring that all technology systems are running smoothly.
• Responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Managing the budget for the IT department and ensuring that all technology projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, including network administrators, system administrators, and software developers.
• Responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect the organisation’s data and systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Professional certification: network
security, or database administration, CISSP (Certified Information Systems
Security Professional), and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
