Customer Relations Manager




Ms. Martin has 10 years’ of experience working within the public sector of Guyana; seven of these years were spent at the Guyana Revenue Authority where she worked in both the Communications and Project Coordination Divisions.

Ms. Martin holds a Bsc. Communication Studies from the University of Guyana and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business (AIB). She is also a Certified Project Manager registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Ms. Martin’s interest in eGoverment was piqued when she undertook her undergrad research project, choosing to focus on the use of Technology by Government Agencies to foster closer Government to Citizen Communications; a field of study she later continued in her Master’s Project.
