Mr. Walcott possesses a wealth of experience in the field of Education and educational planning and management. His academic achievements cover a broad spectrum of specialties.
He holds an MSc in National Development and Project Planning (which includes Human Resource Management and Institutional Development Electives) from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom, as well as a BSc majoring in Communications. Over the years, his professional experience has mirrored his academic background having served as Principal of Critchlow Labour College, a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), and having participated in the Basic Education Access Management Support Programme, among other endeavours. Mr. Walcott executes excellent planning and organising skills and he showcases excellent controlling and monitoring abilities which make him a valuable asset to any organisation.
