ICT Needs Assessment Final Report

This Final Report of the ICT Needs Assessment comprises all reports that have been elaborated by the project team during the runtime of this project from July to December 2016: Inception Report, Baseline Report, Technical Report, e – Service Readiness Assess ment and Roadmap, Skill Development. This report presents the comprehensive description of all project activities and results. In order to improve ease of reading, some chapters have been moved from one section to another to fit the overall structure of t his Final Report compared to the structure of the documents submitted during the project phase. All data used in this report has been provided by the different stakeholders and/or generated by primary research of the project team. In case no information h as been provided the approach relied on assumptions based on Detecon’s long experience in the ICT – sector.
